Savage Consulting has been working with some of the Indigenous Councils in Cape York to improve their management of risk and to ensure that progress on tasks assigned through their governance frameworks is updated and reported on regularly. Peter Savage is the Chair of the Operational Risk Management Committee for three Indigenous Councils which meet quarterly. Savage Consulting has provided the reporting tools to allow managers and the CEO to see at a glance how the implementation of risk controls and governance activities are progressing. We also support the Council’s where their skills are lacking in assisting with the implementation of a range of risk management controls.
